In this paper, FEPG finite element analysis system is adopted. Finite element calculation program is generated automatically by differential equation of elastic wave propagation based on virtual work principle and algorithm files. The procedure is simulated of elastic wave propagating in several typical geologic models. 本文采用FEPG有限元分析系统,由弹性波方程的弱形式微分方程表达式和算法文件自动生成有限元计算程序,模拟了弹性波在几种典型地质模型中的传播过程。
Some proteins related to salt shock were identified by applying the proteome techniques to analyze the differential protein expression files of the strain D-8~ T exposed to severe salt shock. 利用蛋白质组学技术研究了D-8~T菌株受到剧烈的高盐冲击时的差异表达蛋白谱,鉴定了一些与高盐冲击相关的蛋白质。
